Zumba: Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Silver Sneakers: The leading fitness and lifestyle program available for adults ages 55 years or older. Age appropriate movements encompassing stretching, cardio and resistance training.

Strong Zumba: a high-intensity cardio program with a focus on body weight and plyometric exercises like burpees, high knees, squats, lunges, planks, kicks, punches, and more.

Fit Combat: Cardio based class inspired by Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Punch, kick, and strike your way through a total body exercise
with motivating music.

Xtreme Hip-Hop Step: A revamp of traditional step aerobics which includes routines set to old and new school hip hop. Great for stress
relief, stronger cardiovascular conditioning, and a stronger lower body.
